We are happy to announce that we will be participating at MIA Photo Fair in the section Beyond Photography — Dialogue with works by artists Eugene Shishkin and Augusta Alexander.  

Beyond Photography — Dialogue is the special section curated by Domenico de Chirico and reserved for national and international galleries. The exhibition projects, specifically tailored for the fair, aim to create a stimulating dialogue between a monographic photographic proposal and one whose expressive medium investigates alternative forms of artistic research including sculpture, installation, painting, performance, and video. In this perspective, Beyond Photography emerges as a privileged meeting point that places Photography in ‘dialogue’ with other languages of contemporary art.

Eugene Shishkin will presents works from the series Fragility – deconstructed photographs exploring human intimacy. Augusta Alexander will show new canvas from his Emotional Anatomy series, which was exhibited at Serene Gallery. We look forward to seeing you April 11-14.
